Cindy is one of the thousands of girls being supported through school by CAMFED (the Campaign for Female Education). She is 13 years old ... all and lives with her grandmother in a rural village in Zambia. In this short film she describes her life and ambitions.
The Campaign for Female Education (CAMFED) is an international organization working to solve long-term health, economic and social issues in Africa by investing in girls' education. In 2005, more than 246,500 children in some of the poorest regions of Zimbabwe, Zambia, Ghana and Tanzania benefited from CAMFED's education program.
