New Radicals have different motivations, have taken different journeys, and have reached different destinations. But they share some common qualities, notably compassion for people and our planet, a deep belief that change is possible, and an enthusiasm for expanding the scope of their work at midlife. Each New Radical also reports a feeling of exhilaration about what lies ahead, as well as a surge of energy that comes from exploring unfamiliar terrain and flexing their muscles in new ways. We are indebted to these pioneers for creating new maps and models, and for helping the rest of us take our places in this global movement.

If you stop to think about it, you probably know a New Radical. You may even be wondering if you might become one. The fact that you're reading this means the answer is probably "yes", but why not take this quiz to see if you're ready to cross the threshold into this exciting new territory?
